I am enrolled in Day1 CPT, started on an F-1 visa in the Executive PhD in Information Technology program at University of The Cumberlands. I recently shifted to H1-B Visa status.
I would like to clarify a few points to make an informed decision about whether to continue in the Executive format or move to the 100% online format starting the next semester to the end of my program.
I’ve heard that dropping studies immediately after changing to H-1B can sometimes raise red flags during future visa stamping or immigration interviews and reviews. Could you please confirm that continuing my program in
the 100% online format starting the current semester to the end of my program will not be viewed negatively by USCIS or impact future H-1B stampings, extensions, amendments, or green-card filings?
Thank you for your help!
