Enevtually I had first immigration court and judge set up my next hearing in July 2008

AFter having heard this I was frustrated . so for i talked so of my friends everyone says it is unusual. Becouse it is my first hearing since 2003. My family is suffing in my country under brutal goverment policy and daily pressure of police.
I have thought a long and i've come to decision to ask your advice.
So give me your brief advice what i should do
In my main I am planing to move Canada and seek asylum in there, but after checking websides I understand it is not possible becouse my case is still pending in USA immigration court. Or could you tell me plz, am I eligible to ask asylum in canada
