My parents will be visiting us in the US from December to March and returning to India afterward. We are planning for them to visit again in June. Would a second visit within six months cause any issues?
Also, does the length of the first visit matter? For example, if their first stay is only one month, would that make the second visit easier? I understand this depends on the I-94 they receive. If they are given a six-month I-94 during the first visit, the second visit would fall within that validity period in this case.
