I guess EB2 approvals have been slowed-down because of the huge forward move of EB3 dates for the month of June 01. EB3 PD moved to "1st jan 99" for that month. When last time EB3 was current during Oct/Nov 99, lot of 485 appl.s filed in EB3(PD of these cases might be definitely before jan99). All these cases were pending because of Visa non-availability. And now these dates have become current and their RD/NDs are a head of EB2 jul/aug 00 Rd/NDs, we started seeing lot of EB3 approvals. Once they catchup with EB2 Rd/NDs the approvals wolud go together.

you\'re right. This will be the case for jul\'00 too. The PD was current for EB-3 until Mar\'00 before retrogressing. The PD is current again for EB-3 for July\'00. There have to a lot of Eb-3 waiting for Visa avialability and will be current next month.
That should slow down new cases.
