Hello everyone, I was wondering if somebody could provide me with accurate immigration in regards to getting a security clearence for us visa.
I was an illeagal alien in US before immigrating to canada about 6 years ago. After getting my landing and trying to return to US, I got busted at the US border and got banned for 5 years. My question is its been 6 years now, my ban is over and I'm well settled in canada. However, I really want to go back and visit my family and friends but not sure If my past would come back to haunt me again. As a canadian citizen, I don't need a US visa but before I attempt to enter US i want to get some sort of assurity or 'clearence'. The last thing i want is getting another ban on myself.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appraciated.
