My FBI name check was completed in 2003(knew from FBI) but my AP was stuck on security check for almost one year. Obviously, it is not the FBI name check. How can I know what is it and who to talk to to espidite the process?
What concern me the most is: whether it will delay my 485 approval? If there is security check pending on my AP, will they approve my 485 at all? Do AP and 485 have their own separate checks?
