Guys and Gals,

Gurus , Please let me know your thoughts.
Please see my sig. about where i stand in the GC process (i.e Fp2 done and not sure if NC is cleared yet)
Now, i am getting a better oppertunity to switch my employer.
Question is , Can my current employer withdraw already approved I140 ?

If i use AC21, is there a chance still that my current employer can do something which wud affect my pending I485 ?

If i use AC21, will my new employer need any info. from immig. lawer of my old employer ?

I would appriciate any response on this.
