Security Check- I485

Hi,
Today I checked with USCIS OFFICE and came to know that Iam stuck in Security Check. Acutlly my Rd in 2004 but they are saying name check pending from 04/2007 what that means does any body has the same situvation or this is something different?. Is this is beacuse of my pevious name check is expired or is this something caused due to an error in USCIS. What can i do from my side to get this expedite this process?

Yes i faxed to the congress person. I sthere any specified time line they request for the FBI Name check, i mean after we file I-485?. My RD is 2004 but they are saying name check pending since 04/2007.
 
I talked to NSC IO today. I was told my security checks are cleared. I asked about the name check. She said again security check is cleared.

I got a response for service request opened on June06. It says we are actively processing this case. It needs additional review. Please call us back after 120days.
