security check and 2nd FP

does anybody know how long will the result of security backgroud/name check be effective? how many times do we need to have the security backgroud checked? and if the security check is cleared before the 2nd FP, will there be another security check after 2nd FP?

any input will be greatly appreciated!!!

I have a vague recollection of reading that the backgroud/name check is valid for 45 days. I dont remember the source; so take it for what it is worth.

You dont need a second backgroud/name check after second FP (assuming it has not expired). FP clearance by FBI is usually done the same day it is sent (or in any case it is a matter of 2-3 days). I did go for a second FP and the AOS was approved two days later.
