Hello Everyone,
I am expecting my EAD within 2 months.I want to start a company ASAP.Please verify the following information for me and also I need answer to 1 question below
1. I have heard that one can start certain kind of businesses on EAD and need not wait for Greencard to start a business.What kinds of conapnies can I start on EAD?
2.Is it true that one has to show 3 years tax returns to attain any kind of business license?If not 3 years, then what is the desirable period ?Also is this requirement of showing 3 years tax returns valid for getting a loan or for attaining a license?
My question is as follows
Q)I have been filing tax returns for past 3 years joint with my spouse.I have not been working for past 3 years .Hence my spouse is primary taxpayer and not me.So is it possible that I show my joint returns for attaining loans/license or is it that I have to earn for 3 years and file tax returns as primary taxpayer and only then I qualify.Please clarify!!
