Hello,

I got an RFE for secondary evidence of birth and am not sure what to do for this? Anyone with similar RFE's please help...what documents do I need to provide????

Affidavits!

U need to get two affidavits from two persons who have knowledge about ur birth adn who were alive when you were born. They may be ur relatives and they need not be US citizens. The affidavits need to be notarized. They need to contain ur full name and ur parents full name. You could find formats of the affidavits in a lot of immigration websites/forums or by searching in yahoo or google.
I got affidavits from my brother and a cousin.

Can these two persons be the applicant's parents as well?

Yes, they can be ur parents.
That would be the ideal case..

PS:- verify with ur attorney. this is not legal advice :)
