SECOND TIMERS FP Code 1 NOT received

Guys,

Please post your details if you haven't received FP Code1 for the SECOND time.

1st time - FP Code1 - September 2004
1st time - FP Code2/Biometrics - September 2005
2nd time - FP Code1 - not received it's more than 16 months

Include me in FP1 mAY 2004, biometrics 2005.I called USCIS snd did case status
I got this reply but o sign of fp,when I asked the customer service, I was told fp need not come to everyone,I doubt their knowledge though.

Your application/petition remains awaiting review by an Officer and you will be
notified as soon as a decision is made. The Service is waiting for VISA
availability.

Count me in. FP1 July 2004, Bio Aug 2005. As per senator's enquiry I should have received 2nd FP1 by now. But nothing yet.
