I changed my original sponsor in 90 days after 485 application (at that time concurrent was not there so applied after 140 approval)
Then worked for over a year with employer 2. Now the client (emp 3) of employer 2 where I am now is offering an excellent perm offer. salary > 30% and benefits and is a very large company.
Is this ok for AC21. When I change my employer twice, is AC21 still ok ? Both emp 2 and 3 are ready to do the best thing. Should I continue with emp 2 ? emp 2 in NSC, emp 3 in VSC.
I want to send a updated emp letter to pre-empt an RFE. Should I send emp 2 or 3 ?
There is a description change between the three. My original says programmer, emp2 was consultant with lot of traveling and emp3 is developer. Is this a problem ? Also the technologies are slightly different but all through I have been programming.
