Has anybody got a RFE(Second for me) with the similar things...Gurus please help me how to answer this one...Is it Serious???
It states that it appears that your wages are being paid from Texas, the company is located in California, and you are living in Minnesota. Therefore, the Service wants to know why you are being paid from Texas when you are living in Minnesota.
Actually i am a travelling consultant working in Texas but gave my friends in Minnesota for green card purposes to be on the safer side. ---Please everbody help me how to tackle this query? Did anyone get this kind of query before? What was your experience..PLEASE HELP.
