I have a full time TN. A startup company wants to me to help them on an engineering type job. They can pay me $2500 for a part time telecommute position. My current employer (a friend to the startup) is cool with that. The startup doesn't have too much revenue, around $200k last year but it is profitable.
Any problem for me to get a second TN?
If that's ok, can I apply via premium application and get it with a couple of weeks?
