I got my GC about a month ago. I have received an offer for part time job which is in a
totally different area than mu current IT job. Could my current employer create problems
about my GC if he finds out that I am working for another company?
It depends what is your company employment policy on this issue. Check your employment handbook. On the other hand if your part-time job is not related to your full-time job, they should not have any problem with it.
I do not believe that your part-time job could jeopardize your GC anyway.
