I heard in other post that when you recieve the second package you have to fill again the DS-230, my question is:

Can you update the form or correct mistakes or you should fill it as you did the first time??

I am a DV 2007 winner and Am new in this forum, can someone enlighten me on how i can check on the cut off numbers? what does current mean? My number is AF28***.
