second package recieved

i just received a second package today in Nigeria for appointment in october,, inside it is another Application for immigrant visa and alien registration , am going with my husband only but the form is six inside. another can explain to me supplementary form to Of-157 immunization records, am i suppose to do the immunization with any doctor or the doctor prescribe by kcc

I am happy for you I am so happy just keep praying and dont tell her your result when she ask tell them you have 8 credits in 2 siiting and tell them you have been working as an accounbt Clerk.
You will need to go to Kamorass at Muri Okunola VI Lagos there you will see a doctor Omotosho who will test you for HIV and later give you immunization then you will need to get Police report.Since you are going with your husband I will advise you to take all that matters along Marraige Cert, Pictures Wedding Pictures and know yourself.
