second notification numbers

following the publication of visa bulletin for the month of September 2011 I discovered that all case numbers for Africa will be current in September 2011 ., but so far no second notification letter has been sent to me,do I keep waiting OR i SHOULD FIND OUT FROM KCC? Please I need an answer urgently as I am worried.Thank u and may God bless you Abundantly

Well, usually they send out 2nd NL 4-6 weeks before the interview date. So you still have time. Nonetheless, I would contact KCC and see what they say. They might, however, have a limit on the number of visas to be issued and might just never send out 2nd NLs to others.
