Second marriage and petition for greencard

I got my greencard through marriage. My spouse and I were married for 4 years and then we got divorced. Now I want to remarry a non-resident, and sponsor her for greencard ( I am going to apply for citizenship under the 5 years rule). The problem is, the girl that I am going to marry, used to live with me and my ex-wife ( we rented out the spare rooms to help with finances), so she had the same address as me years ago. My question is will this cause red flag with uscis? Does it help that she does not come from the same country as me and she only lived a year after me and ex-wife got married. She was not the only person lived there, there was another person that rent the room from us too. So there were four people live in the same address at one time ( me, my ex-wife and two renters).

I would call it a small red flag, not a big one. The big red flag is if it appears that you knew the 2nd spouse before obtaining your GC with the first, especially if it was before marrying the first. It helps that she is not from the same country as you.

Note that you cannot file I-130 for her until it has been 5 years since obtaining your own green card, because you obtained your own GC via marriage.
