Second LUD after file transfer?

My wife and I just got an LUD after the initial LUD (12/15/05) after our file was transfered to Seattle two weeks ago. Any idea what is happening? Is it that may be Seattle received our files? There was no change in the message. It still says on "December 15th we transfered your file blah blah...."
 
I can only guess that those LUD have a weird pattern. Maybe somebody had to file your case into the different drawer and the procedure is to put LUD. Or maybe they transfered your case back from Seattle to CSC with a big stamp "Approved" and the message will follow :)
