second letter

my friend he is from sudan , he is dv 2010 winner he is CN is 85XX , he received the dv forms on 12 May and send it back on 11 August to KCC , he called the KCC they said it's under process ,,,
and he don't received the second letter yet


any advice
with my regard
 
His case will have to current before KCC will send him the 2 NL, and from what you said his case is still being processed.
