Hi,

I am presently in State A with LC pending(no sign of improvement in near future). My employers have work sites in another State B with faster LC time.

1-Can I apply for prospective employment at B and continue to work at my present site A?

2-If the LC from B clears first, would I have to go work at B?

3-If yes than for how long?

Sncerely

Yes, you can apply from B and continue working from site A till you get your GC . The job should be a vaild permanent position @ B and you are supposed to have the intention of working from B for ever, though you may change your mind later (usually 6months to 1 year after getting your GC)

You need to work from B when you get your GC, not LC.
