I know this question has been asked before .. but, the search engine (or my keyword) did not get me those threads back ..

Anycase, my question is:

Can a 485 applicant take up a second job? keeping the 485 sponsoring job intact ..??

As long as you have a valid EAD, you can take up a 2nd job. This 2nd job can be totally different from the first one. For example a computer programmer can take up employment as a stripper as long as he/she keeps the programmer job.

Yeah you can work two jobs, as long as your primary job is maintained.
