Second job with EAD

My 485 is stuck in Name Check and I working with my petioner company. Please answer my question below...

Does it violate USCIS law if I work part time on a second job with my exiting EAD? Is it legal?

Do you cureent use EAD for primary Job? If you are using H-1B for that then using EAD will void your H-IB
