second job change on EAD

Hi,
My I-485 ND is oct-2002. My I 140 is approved. I got RFE on my I-140 asking for if employer can pay me. We responded back as I used to work for very big multinational company. I was laid off from my sponsering company on very good terms on very generous package after 18 months. I had a job in my hand when I left that company.Now I have another offer in my hand from a start up company. They are ready to pay big bucks. I know I can get a RFE for EVL and pay stubs(or may be not!).My question is: Can USCIS send another RFE asking for my company's ability to pay again or it's only done at I-140 processing? I did my 2nd FP in july and waiting for approval.

Are you moving to a new location too? The address change may trigger a transfer or RFE ... but it's hard to say. But if your original petitioner (those who filed I-140) does not revoke their approved petition ... looks like they won't ... I doubt if you'll get another RFE. Especially since the May internal memo states that time alone will not dictate RFEs, unless there is some convincing reason for the officer to think that situations have changed. Just my 0.02
 
Generally the trend now a days is not to send an RFE for ability to pay at I485 stage if they have sent the same RFE in I140 stage and I also read similar notes on murthy.com. But it is possible that CIS can ask you EVL and Pay stubs to see whether you are still with the same employer or not.

CIS is really unpredictable and if somebody can guess correctly then he/she should try their luck in Vegas !!!!!
