HI!I had my interview yesterday, and the immigration officer told us (to me and my husband)to go back in 3 weeks time, for another interview. He said we didn't brought enough evidence that we do live together. We showed him pictures from our wedding, lease agreement. We don't have a joined bank account, joined health insurance...Everything is on my husband name.He will add me on his bank account, but I am wondering if I do it now is it too late?We got married 10 month ago.I am so worry...our marriage is for real and we do live together. How can I prove that?
Do I need a lawyer?Any advice will be apreciated.Thank you!

All these kind of questions will be asked only if you did not take a lawyer with you. The lawyer have their own ways of answering to questions. Talk ot your lawyer and he should be able to help you with this.

Such a b***shit about the lawer. U think if you had a random lawer with u at the interview it changes everything. No it does not.
Get yourself added to your husband's banking account, also show them proof that u two have known each other for quite some time before the marriage. That will help. Also prepare 2004 joint tax filing and bring it along. What else...go to the rental office and have you name on the rental agreement.
I am positive u'll be fine))

I am under the impression that if a lawyer was present at the first interview, this would not have occurred. Most lawyers that go to interviews already know all the officers at the local office. They are not only able to make the atmosphere a little more relaxed, but they can reduce the amount of questioning, simply by being present, because the officer knows that the lawyer will be able to answer every sticky question that can be asked, so he won't even bother asking.

You had the right to be represented by ay attorney of the law. You consciously waived that right. Bringing a lawyer to the second interview won't help at this point, since the officer has already decided to take the path of further inquiry into your case. You need to produce the requested evidence and that's all you can do.
