Second interview in Chicago- Worried

I had filed a family based 485, we were interviewed in saint louis in may 05-everything went well except name check, we moved to chicago in july 06 and did another finger print, we got a letter to come for second interview in chicago. has anyone gone through this? are they suspicious, ours is a genuine marriage, we have a one year old daughter and i do not think there was any problem at first interview. Does this mean that the name check is done. Very concerned. Any experiences how chicago office is. I have read some horror stories on this forum during the interview. Please advise.

I dont have any experience in this area, but as no one has replied with their experiences I have a few thoughts.
I would approach the interview as though it is the first one you two are going to. Have all of your supporting documents and photographs that you took to your first interview in addition to new joint documents that you've gotten since the first interview. Make sure you taken your daughter's birth certificate.
I'd prepare for separate interviews, but it's probably unlikely that they are going to do a fraud interview and interview the two of you separately. I think that if they were suspicious of your marriage they would have had a second interview not too long after your first interview. When the file was transfered, it could be that it came with incomplete notes and they want to interview you before they approve the case.
If you are really concerned you can always take an attorney with you.

USCIS don't seem very consistent in what they do, so I wouldn't worry about it. Since your case was transferred to Chicago, and your first interview was a while ago, they may have mixed something up or lost something. Since you have a legitimate marriage, you're gonna be fine.
