SECOND interim EAD

Hi,

I have been working in the US on my interim EAD for the past 3 months.
I am on an L2 visa.
The interim EAD expires next week and my long term EAD has not yet arrived.
USCIS contacted me requesting further information regarding my case which I promptly forwarded. The website says it could now take another 75 days for my long term EAD to be processed.
Can I apply for a second Interim EAD while waiting for my long term EAD to be processed?

If your original 765 has been pending > 90 days, I don't see why not.
