Hi:
I am in EB3 with painful retrogress situation and I am using AC21 now.
I will have a master degree in US soon. Can I file a second I-485 with a new company in EB2 category if EB2 still current by the time I file.
Someone posted a memo about this, I am still a little confused about the language used in this memo!
one can file second I-485 based on second I-140 approved through second employer OR can substitute the newI-140 with pending I-485 .
