I have used up my six years on H1B1 on March 23 2004. I plan to apply for a fresh H1B1 on March 25 2005 after a gap of one year. My question is can I be in US on business visa before March 25 2005 ? Does the 1 year gets reset if I travel on business visa now ? I will not be working while on B1 in US but doing system study and the expenses will be on my company.
