Who will get the second FP notice? Here is the situation one of my friend is going to India with his family. He will come after one month. but his wife may stay for around three months. He is an September 2002 filer. His attorney told him that if he gets second FP notice he will inform? But the question does attorney get the second FP notice? I know first FP notice copy will go to attorney. since there is no status update for second FP he is bit worried. Does attorney gets the second FP notice?

Both the applicant and the attorney receive it, usually and provided updated addresses are in place.
His second FP is somewhat late or upcoming. Maybe he is in Philly, where they work their own Philly schedule.
