what should I do to get my second FP.I have seen answers like apply EAD,AP....congressman.
In My case I applied my AP a month ago. Nothing happened.
Few days ago I did a service center referral request (VSC). I talked to the IIO and told her that I am waiting for my 2-fingerprint notice as my first FP was on June20 2002. she said I would get info with in forty five days.
I don't want to wait for 45 days. Can I contact my local congressman?
What are my odds?
I talked to my lawyer he says not to worry...and told me it is too early to contact congressman.
I am very frustrated....
