My RD is 16-MAY-2002 and got the FP notice and appointment for 03-JULY-2002 at INS ASC Waukegan, IL. I was away from home and so, did my FP in Riverside, CA on 07-JULY-2002. After this, the status on website didn't changed. I verified from my lawyer that the FP's are gone through. It's almost a year now, got second FP notice and appointment for 03-JULY-2003 at Waukegan, IL. This time also, I am at the client site and will have to do my FP in Riverside, CA.
Question-
1) Why did i get second notice for FP? Is this because I didn't do my FP's at scheduled date & place?
2) Why does the status on web didn't change after FP's?
3) The FP doc says that if i don't reschedule or attend the FP appointment, they may put 'abondoned' remark. Last year, I didn't inform Waukegan, IL INS ASC center that i am doing FP's at INS Riverside, CA. Do i need to inform them?
