Second FP Notice

I received a second FP notice code 2 sometime back. what is the significance of this notice. I was fingerprinted 2 months after I had filed my 485 in CA service center. Now I have received this notice from NE service center since my case has been moved there. Is anybody in a similar situation as mine. Has anybody seen an approval after getting the 2nd FP notice from NE. Does this mean that namecheck has been cleared.
