Second FP notice

I got fingerprinting notice for ND 06/24/2003 on Aug 6th and got my fingerprinting done on Aug 20th.

On August 10th I called USCIS and changed the address on my applications to my new address and also filed the AR-11(Address Change form)

On Sept 3rd I received a second fingerprinting notice asking me to go for the fingerprinting on Sept 21st.

Is it because I changed the address?

Pls advise.
 
Are you saying your FP1 was done on Aug 20, 2004 and because of address update on Aug 10, 2004 you again recvd another FP notice to be done on 21st Sep 2004 ??
