Second FP Notice.. What does this mean

I had my Second FP recently and my case status was updated as noted below.

On May 26, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust
Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a
decision is made.

Is this usual or unusual..

What should I expect in the coming days.

Why is NSC against Sep-2002 applicants????
Many sep-2002 RD candidates had their 2nd FP in the month of Apr-2004. People also reported that FBI updated USCIS on the same day. But why are this cases not touched???? How come a Dec-2002 case that had a 2nd FP on May-18 has status change???? Of message change does not mean the application is being processed...., but sep-2002 cases have no updates at all.....
