second FP for those whose first FP expired in aug

guys, our first FP expired in august, but no second FP notices yet. Is it too early to expect second FP? Are there other people in the same boat? Please let me know.

My 1st FP expired early-July. My lawyer asked me to sit tight. Just got my 2nd FP notice today.
 
I read in this forum, that you can go ahead request your local ASC to get one so try it.

I am on the same boat but I just got it by mail today.
 
guys, if possible please mention other instances of expiration of FP1 in aug, and not getting FP2 letter yet.
