Second FP before Approval of 485

hiiii...

I had a question regarding my I485 application , I have H1 valid for next 3 years did not take EAD and my 485 priority date in 2002 Jan. They asked me to do fingerprinting last week does this mean my Priority date will become this month date or once the fingerprints go back will my application get to be process with my original priority dates and with in how much time would I get my approval after the FP reaches VSC center.

Is there a Phone num where i can check the status of the FP

U case would still be considered Jan2002 RD.
2nd FP was sent since 1st FP expired..!
Once the results of 2nd FP reaches BCIS from FBI, your case would be in line for adjudication.
Hope this helps..

Search this forum for FBI and you would get their #.
Call them and check if your results have been sent to BCIS.
