Second FP and anticipated 485 approval?-- Ciba, please help

My wife\'s first FP got rejected. Now, we had a second FP notice (which we recd by chance) that we used to get her reprints done and this time they cleared FBI. However, we have not recd an FP rejection/new appointment notice from INS for the first rejection. Any guesses on when her file will be opened again? My 485 is approved now (and I was primary applicant) and hers is pending. How do we approach INS/my lawyers on this one?
