Second Fingerprinting Notice - A Question

We just received our 2nd FP notice, asking us to show up for an FP appointment on the 13th of August. We are under the jurisdiction of VSC. Our details are as follows:

RD 12/03/2001
ND 12/14/2001
1st FP ???
2nd FP 8/13/2003

Have people here noticed any trend on how much time it typically takes from the 2nd FP date for a decision to be made?

was issued last week. First FP was February 2002.
