Once the RFE has been replied, if one gets 2FP, is it a sure sign of possible approval?

Would appreciate any views.

I am in the same situation.

WAC-03098xxxxxx. (ND 02/03)
Received RFE two months ago (06/04) and second FP notice month after that (08/04).
I completed the FP in the local office. I hope this is a good sign that approval is on the way
