Second fingerprint appointment

I got an invite for second fingerprining (last one was less than 2 years ago and USCIS says they're expired). Funny thing is that it expired while FBI was doing namecheck, so it's totally their fault. They actually told me over the phone before that I passed background check and should expect interview appointment "very soon", and now this... My question is - does process start from the beginning now?

Why is it so funny? FP expires after 15 months... people who are stuck in NC are called for 2nd FP as soon as the NC is cleared... same thing happened with me and many more... no your process doesn't start from beginning now.. in a months time, you should get your IL. Congrats in advance!
