Second Finger Prints Done, but no update on status page

Hi there,

I encountered this strange situation:

On Jan 7th, I was notified by my lawyer that there is a second finger print notice for me and it was scheduled to be done on Jan 27th. I did the finger print on the scheduled date. However, the online status didn't change a bit, not even mention there is a finger print process, nor regarding the result of the finger print. Can anyone throw any suggestion?

at times bcis website does't get updated. Search on this forum for a FBI number where you can call up and find if they had send the results back.
