Lawyer says that FP2 is just random and not for all. They are not calling everyone for FP2


Is this true???
 
This is just an excuse for not sending out you 2nd fp. True, if the officer is not waiting on the FP. But the truth is they are waiting on it, and without it, they will never approve your case

99% people are getting 2 nd FP.

The thing is people are gettting 2nd FP earlier or very late

one of my friend 1 st FP in Feb 2002.
But he got It 2nd FP last week ( Sep 18th 2003 )

even my case 1st FP expired on July 30 2003
I got It yesterday 2nd FP notice

I think your attorney was wrong. If immigration officer is not touched your case before fp expires then you are going to get second fp.

As far as I am concerned, they are not random.
 
You REQUIRE 2nd FP if expired as that is what I heard from Senators office, that once I complete the 2nd FP then the file will be sent to officer, so before 2nd FP they don't even touch the case as such.
 
I have to ask -- if it depends on what company you work for, who is representing you -- big company employees doesn't get second FP?

Sorry if the question sounds too vauge -- couldn't help but ask.

2nd FP

If your FP has expired then you'll get 2nd FP notice... It is must for all.... before 1-800# started I confirmed with IIO also.
I got my 2FP after 18 months.. I would suggest talk to your attorney and do some written correspondence with BCIS.

It does not matter if you work for small company or big one...
