Second Finger Print notice before 1_140 approval

Hi,
Any one had gone for the second finger print before I-140 approval.My I-140 has been submitted in May 2003. I received RFE on I-140 in April 2004 submitted reply for RFE in July 2004. Since then had been waiting for 140 approval. But surprisingly got the second finger print notice not the 140 approval. Is this positive or negative?

I am in the same position. I just did my 2nd FP this week before my I-140 was approved.

It may be neither positive or negative. USCIS seems to be issuing new fingerprint notices for those that didn't provide biometrics (digital photo and signature) on their first FP even before the 15 months is up.

I am actually cautiously optimistic that having my biometrics will enable a GC to be issued sooner rather than later.

FP done yesterday

Myself and wife's finger print done yesterday ( 03/26/05). Actual appointment date is 04/ 06/ 2005. Had a looooooooooooooooong wait.
They did finger print, digital signature and picture taken, since our code is 3.
