Our dates almost matches. Guys, please count me in. I am wondering....from the day one(for the last 570days) LUD never changed in my case after completing 2nd FP also. I know so many guys from TEXAS service center...changed their status after FP.....stating resuming their process. Only God should know this strategy NSC is following.

FYI, I got RFE (email) on 12/7/2004.. Haven't got them in hand yet. My attorney is out of town this week, so I don't expect anything until he gets back next Monday.

Hi All,
I have completed my 2nd FP on 12/15/04. Since then no change in LUD. Hope some day it will change. I did my 2nd FP two weeks before scheduled date.
