Hello all
A big question- I came to the US to do my undergrad as a transfer student from India in Jan 2001.My visa is valid till Dec 2004, and I-20 till Dec 2002.I will be graduating in Aug 2002 and have applied for OPT from Aug 1,2002 to Nov 30,2002. Have admission for MBA in 2-3 dif schools for Spring 2003( starts Jan 2003) and new I-20's also provided by school. My question is if I go to India say on Sept 2002 and want to come back sometime in Dec 2002 ,with new F1 visa, what chance is that I will get F1 visa stamped /denied.
I will have new I-20 and admn letter when I go to Chennai for visa stamping for MBA program.Has anyone heard of similar cases, and rejection scenarios? Pls advice.
Thanks
