second EAD not applied

Hi,

I am dependent on my husband. And we filed my 485 as follow-to-join. My husband's 485 has been approved. I am still waiting for my approval. I was busy with my kids, and i never worked. So i didn't apply for 2nd EAD, after 1st one expired.
(1) Is there any issue, if i apply for EAD now?
(2) Any one else in this forum close to my Receipt (Follow to join) dates.

EAD: 08/15/2003
EAD expires: 08/15/2004

My Spouse Details:
RD: 03/23/2002
AD:03/25/2004

You can apply for another EAD. You never used the first one to work and you have not been working illegally. It will be fine.
