Second biomentrics in 3 weeks

I did biometrics- code 3 on August 29, received my card on Sep 6. Now got schedule for code 2 on Sep 13. It says if you do not go your application will be deemed abandoned.
What the hell is that? I do not have any other pending applications.
Called to CIS : they say: "you better go... they are making some improvements to the system...."
Any input ?

If I were you I would have made an info-pass & speak to an IO immidiately. That 800 customer service info is not basically much of a help to begin with.
The reason I'm saying this is cause if you make another call you perhaps hear a different story. Besides when I was at the local office with an info-pass to speak to an IO back in June the IO himself told me for any further needs instead of calling that 800 number we should rather make an info-pass & seek help face to face.
